My name is Daniel Barrett and I am from the northwest corner of Connecticut.
I am a graduate of Central Connecticut State University where I earned a bachelor degree in Geography with a GIS Specialization, with a minor in Urban Planning. Before enrolling at CCSU, I studied graphic and web design. I am also an amateur photographer and whenever possible I have included my own photos in the various projects and presentation found throughout this site. My goal is to apply the tenets of great design to spatial information; there is no reason information cannot be as beautiful as it is useful.
